John R. Nieser

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Nieser is responsible for all finance/control functions. This entails the analysis and negotiation of acquisitions, structure of the Company's equity and debt financing, and interfacing with Wall Street and investors. The responsibilities of Treasurer involve all aspects of the Company's financings, acquisition due diligence, Securities and Exchange Commission filings, treasury management and income tax planning and administration.

Mr. Nieser has more than 20 years of experience in financial management. Prior to joining Cornell in April 2004, he served as Controller for a number of organizations including GE Aero Energy Products. He also served Guardian Savings and Loan Association as senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer.

Mr. Nieser, a C.P.A., earned a B.A. degree in Accounting from the University of Houston. He is a member of AICPA and TSCPA.
