Client Information

• Males and females between the ages of 11-18 with a history of delinquent behavior and/or extensive criminal charges and conduct disorder and/or substance abuse.
• Families with youth on probation and/or involved with other social service agencies.

Supervised Home Program

• Program duration is four to six months.
• Youth referred by probation officers from the Division of Youth Rehabilitative Services.
• Drug and alcohol testing, evaluation and counseling.
• School intervention, advocacy and support.
• Development of client competencies, community safety and victim issues.
• Life skills training.
• In-home intervention services.
• Mentoring and role modeling by staff and involved adults.
• Parent support groups.
• Electronic monitoring.
• Client and family advocacy for youth in court.

In-home Detention Program

• Program duration is one week to four months.
• Referral or placement by a judge, court liaison or probation officer at the hearing.
• Electronic monitoring.
• High level of face-to-face supervision.

In-home Family Program

• Program duration two to three months.
• Youth referred by probation officers from the Division of Youth Rehabilitative Services.
• Substance abuse assessment, education and counseling referral.
• Client and family advocacy.
• In-home family intervention services.
• Mentoring and role modeling by staff and involved adults.
• School advocacy and intervention.
• Development of client competencies, community safety and victim issues.
• Works with family in support of the youth.
• Liaison with other social service providers.
• Supports youth in completing court-ordered conditions.
